Press release 5 April 2024

The international medical company AREGY GROUP has announced its exit from projects in Ukraine. Kyiv, April 5, 2024

Today it was announced that AREGY Group will leave all projects in Ukraine and stop funding volunteer projects.
Due to the lack of protection of private business and investments, high corruption level in law enforcement structures, lack of a fair judicial system and legislation,
an international medical company is forced to incur high losses and stop investments and ten-year operations in Ukraine.

At the same time, the only fair decision was made in order to avoid harm to the sanatorium “Chervona Kalina” due to unfair accusations, as well as
in order to fulfill the obligation when concluding an investment contract and to preserve the traditions of the founder of the sanatorium Mikola Sivogo, to transfer a package of shares to the direct heirs of Mikola Siviy – the son and granddaughter who work in the sanatorium. Thus, historical justice will be restored and the true heirs of Mikola Siviy will continue his work.
Also, other projects were handed over to the teams that initiated them and put their heart and soul into their development.

The company has conducted the necessary professional training and will provide, if necessary, support in the future for the development of projects without participation in them.
The company will continue to support the Armed Forces.
Glory to Ukraine!
